Through a coordinated partnership, Job Skills provides employment funding support, and ACBN offers short-term micro-loan assistance when needed to bridge upfront payroll costs. Together, this creates a smooth, end-to-end hiring pathway that allows businesses to hire when they need to, without delaying growth or overextending their finances.
